The NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) era has transformed opportunities in college sports, but much of the attention and money has been concentrated at Division I schools and men’s sports. That left thousands of athletes — especially in D2, D3, and women’s programs — overlooked. As a student who saw firsthand how talented athletes struggled to find opportunities, I wanted to change the game. TRS Athletics was born to bridge the gap: helping athletes of all sports and levels connect with brands, build their personal brand, and get rewarded for the dedication they bring to the field, court, or track. Our mission is simple: empower athletes, give brands authentic voices, and help schools stand out by offering true NIL support.
